Rapeseed Oil is an amazing product that is a real alternative to olive oil. It has 10 times the essential fatty acid Omega 3 versus olive oil, a terrific balance of Omegas 3 and 6, half the saturated fat of olive oil, it’s high in monounsaturated fats and is an excellent source of vitamin E. Oh yes, and it cooks to a higher temperature than olive oil, making it a much more versatile oil choice. From dressings to frying and roasting, Fussels single cold pressed extra virgin rapeseed oil will give you fantastic results.
