Ingredients:

30g TIANA Fair Trade Organic Coconut Flour
2 teaspoons TIANA Fair Trade Organic Coconut Nectar, sugar alternative
2 teaspoons TIANA Fair Trade Organic Virgin Coconut Butter for frying
125 ml milk or coconut milk
1 Banana
3 Eggs

Method:

Mix all the ingredients in the food processor, except coconut oil. Heat 1 tsp of TIANA Fair Trade Organic Virgin Cooking Butter in a skillet. Spoon batter onto hot skillet making medium size pancakes. Decorate the coconut flour pancakes with melted chocolate and fruit or chopped pecans. Enjoy!
