Mademoiselle Macaron
The macarons are loved by celebrities including Paul McCartney and Courtney Love – and they featured in last year’s Barbie movie! Handcrafted by a team of elite pastry chefs in Scotland, they’re the brainchild of Rachel Hanretty, 35, from Edinburgh, who started the brand after learning how to make the French sweet treats in Paris at Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse’s cookery school.
