Sure, it’s great on a sandwich or in a wrap, but the flavour really sings as a dip for sweet potato fries, crispy calamari, tempura veg or chicken wings. It also does something splendid when swirled through mashed avocado for a spicy guac, or spooned onto breakfast eggs for a brunch-time zing and stirred into yoghurt for a spicy slaw or salad dressing.
