PPHE Hotel Group to Support Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October

This October, PPHE Hotel Group in the UK will demonstrate its continued support for women’s health by participating in Breast Cancer Awareness Month, for the third year. With plans to undertake a series ‘pink-themed’ fundraising activities planned throughout the month, all funds raised will be donated to partner charity Breast Cancer Care.

Every hotel across the UK will take part in several activities and events over the course of the month, including adding a discretionary £1 charity contribution onto room bills and taking inspiration from the Great British Bake Off to host bake sales or Pink Afternoon Teas. What’s more, staff will dress the part on Big Pink Day (Friday 12th October), each donating £5 to wear a touch of pink.

Its restaurants will also be getting behind the cause by offering a charitable donation from each sale of a specific dish or creating a special pink dessert in honour of the month!

Last but certainly not least, the London team will be running and cheering each other on during an inter-hotel relay between its London properties on 25th October, to generate more donations for Breast Cancer Care.
