Pumpkin and matcha smoothie with vegan vanilla protein
Ingredients
2 scoops of STRIPPD Vegan Lean Protein Powder Vanilla
1 frozen banana
120g of greek yoghurt
1/4 of Tsp of ground cinnamon
120ml of almond milk
30ml of maple syrup
1/4 of Tsp of pumpkin spice and 150g of pumpkin puree or 2 tsp of Matcha Green Tea powder
200g of ice
Method
Lay out all ingredients on the table. Decide between pumpkin or matcha
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie mix into a glass and top with preferred toppings
Macha frosting charcoal cupcakes with vegan chocolate protein

1 scoop of STRIPPD Vegan Lean Protein Powder Chocolate
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
330ml almond milk
250g plain flour
200g caster sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

120ml melted coconut oil
1 Tbsp Charcoal powder
Frosting
1/2 cup room temperature vegan butter
3 cups icing sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pure almond extract
1/2-2 tbsp non-dairy milk
1 1/2 Tbsp Matcha Green Tea
Method
Preheat your oven to 170 degrees Celsius
Mix the vegan chocolate protein powder, apple cider vinegar, almond milk and plain flour (with whisk or electric mixer)
Mix the caster sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, coconut oil, and charcoal powder (with whisk or electric mixer)
Combine both bowls and mix together until smooth. The mixture should be thick
Spoon the batter into a tray of 12 cupcakes
Bake the cupcakes for about 20 min until golden brown and firm. Leave to cool before adding any toppings
Combine the vegan butter, icing sugar, salt, almond extract, non-dairy milk and matcha green tea (with whisk or electric mixer)
Generously frost each individual cupcake

The Range includes Pale Ale, Blond Ale, Amber Ale, Hefeweizen, Porter, IPA, Double IPA and a Chocolate Stout. These beers have seen great success within the Mexicali family. For 3000 years the Aztecs honoured the unique character of the deceased individuals in an annual celebration. Ceremonies included using parts of the skeleton, most commonly the skull, relatives placed native marigolds in the eye sockets to reflect the life that once was. Today the festive holiday is a celebration of life. Day of the dead beers are made to celebrate life and honour the traditions of this great holiday.

12 October 2017: Fans of the classic Ghostbusters movie franchise will this month be coveting a new workshop manual from Haynes, starring the intrepid team’s spectre-smashing Ectomobile.
Available just in time for Halloween, the Ghostbusters Ectomobile Owners’ Workshop Manual from Haynes takes a look under the bonnet of the Ghostbusters’ legendary vehicles.
It also examines the wide array of ghost-catching equipment that featured in the original 1984 Ghostbusters movie, as well as in the 1989 sequel and the all-female re-vamp released in 2016.
Saving New York from supernatural spectres including Slimer, Zuul and the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, to name but a few, the Ghostbusters team used the Ectomobile and a range of equipment to prevent an apocalyptic paranormal event taking place.
With a focus on the Ectomobile – the converted hearse that serves as the Ghostbusters’ main mode of transport in all the movies (albeit in several incarnations) – the manual provides a detailed breakdown of the capabilities of Ecto 1, (Ghostbusters) the ES MK. II ‘Ecto-1A’ (Ghostbusters II) and JH MK.I ‘ECTO-1’ (Ghostbusters – 2016).
The Ectomobile’s capabilities are analysed, and detailed cutaway images show the car’s souped-up engine and in-built ghost-trapping equipment.
The manual also looks at the ‘Ecto-2’ motorcycle, whilst over 20 of the Ghostbusters’ portable gadgets, including proton packs, ghost traps and P.K.E meters also feature in the book.
Officially licensed from Columbia Pictures, the manual is written by Ghostbuster experts Troy Benjamin and Marc Sumerak.
