‘Tam-Hatton’

Peated Rascally Liquor 25ml
Martini Red Vermouth 20ml
Fee Brothers Whisky Bitters several dashes

Stir with 2 kirsch cherries

Strain in to coup glass and serve with a kirsch cherry

‘Count Negroni was a Rascal’

Unpeated Rascally Liquor 25ml
Campari 20ml
Cynar 20ml
Antica Formula Carpano Vermouth 10ml

Stir gently, don’t make it angry, serve over ice.

Try not to relax too much, it bites

Both are made using our Clear Malt Spirit, Rascally Liquor.
