The French Black truffle flavoured olive oil from aix&terra is one of the most popular products in their range. It is produced with the black truffle from Périgord and a mild extra virgin olive oil from _Nyons_ in the Provence. It is delicious on meat, pasta, risotto and vegetables. We particularly like it on a Sunday roast, as you can use the truffle and slice it on the red meat, it is absolutely delicious.
