1. Stay active
Exercise contributes to overall good health that, in turn, supports the immune system. Try and do some form of exercise each day, preferably outdoors, which can reduce stress and promote good sleep.
2. Stay hydrated
Drinking enough water helps to flush out toxins, transport nutrients around the body and protect the immune system. 3. Sleep well
