The Life and Soul of the Pantry since 1970. Here’s the latest addition to the Tracklements planet-friendly range that will make firing up the barbecue well worth the effort and touch the sweet spot for friends and family whether they’re vegan or meat eaters and everything in between.

A tangy, sweet and sour relish chock-full of chopped peppers, Tracklements Sweet Pepper Relish delivers a sultry whisper of heat via the mustard seeds and chilli. This planet-friendly ruby relish will make firing up the barbecue well worth the effort and touch the sweet spot for friends and family whether they’re vegan or meat-eating and everything in between.

Sure, it’s amazing on a banger, a juicy burger or a kebab. Of course, it takes a grilled halloumi wrap on a trip to the stars, but it’s ALSO fantastic as an ingredient added to sautéed courgettes and mixed through sweetcorn. And if that’s not enough, Sweet Pepper Relish pairs exceedingly well with goats’ cheese, does a nice number on pizza and adds sweetness and heat (as you’d expect!) to pasta sauces. But let’s not forget its heartland, simply slathered onto a hunk of fresh bread and butter!

Sounds too sweet? Don’t be fooled. If you’re looking to pimp your barbecue, guests will relish this vegan, gluten free delight and it will have their taste buds tingling in two ticks. Remember, when planning a barbecue, the trick is to get the coals going a good half hour before you start cooking to ensure that they’re just at the right temperature and retain a constant glow when you pop on the ingredients.
